Account data: email address, display name, and anything you add to your bio. Content data: stories, comments, and ratings you post. Usage data: which stories you've viewed, for the purpose of showing accurate view counts and a trending shelf — tied to your account if signed in, or an anonymous device identifier if not.
Your data is stored and processed by Supabase, our database provider, in their EU West (Ireland) region.
We don't sell personal data to third parties. We don't run behavioral ad targeting on pages aimed at children.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. If ads are enabled on the site, our ad partner may set its own cookies — see the ad network's own policy for details once that's configured.
Scribe Leaf accounts are for users aged 16 and over, in line with our Terms of Service. Some content on the site (Kids & Fables) is written to be family-friendly, but this does not change the account age requirement. If a parent believes an account has been created by someone under 16, contact us and we'll remove it.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account and associated content at any time.
